This policy explains how professional subscriptions are billed, renewed, and cancelled on FinPro Directory.
FinPro Directory offers four monthly subscription plans for professionals:
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your sign-up date unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Each monthly cycle grants the credit allotment for your plan. Credits are used to unlock customer requests (one credit per unlock) and are governed by the Contact/Credit Policy. Credits do not roll over between billing cycles.
You can switch plans at any time from your billing page. Upgrades and downgrades take effect according to Stripe's proration rules; your new credit allotment is granted at the start of the next cycle unless otherwise stated at checkout.
You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access and your remaining credits until then. No partial-month refunds are provided for the current period (see the Refund Policy).
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled, and unused credits may be forfeited.
We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing date. Continuing your subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
