These Provider Terms apply to accounting, bookkeeping, tax, payroll, and advisory professionals who use FinPro Directory to reach customers. They supplement the Terms of Service.
You are an independent business. Nothing on the platform creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and FinPro Directory. You set your own prices, terms, and methods of work, and you contract directly with customers.
You represent and warrant that all credentials, license numbers, and expiration dates you provide are accurate and current, and that you hold every license, registration, and authorization required to perform the services you offer in the jurisdictions where you offer them. You agree to keep your license information up to date in your profile. FinPro Directory does not verify licenses and assumes no responsibility for confirming your qualifications — customers rely on your representations, not on us.
Access to customer contact details requires an active subscription. Each plan grants a monthly allotment of contact credits; unlocking a request costs one credit. A maximum of five professionals may unlock any single request. Credits, billing, and cancellation are governed by the Subscription & Cancellation Policy and Contact/Credit Policy.
FinPro Directory does not guarantee any volume of requests, unlocks, engagements, or revenue. A subscription purchases access to the marketplace and contact credits — not customers. We are not responsible for whether a customer responds to, hires, or pays you.
All fees for your services are agreed and settled directly between you and the customer. FinPro Directory is not a party to those transactions, does not process them, and has no responsibility for non-payment, disputes, refunds, or the quality of work. You are responsible for your own taxes on income earned through the platform.
FinPro Directory is not liable for any claim arising from your services, your interactions with customers, or a customer's failure to pay. The liability limits in the Terms of Service apply in full to providers.
